Container Corporation Of India Limited, (2020) 05 NCLT CK 0007 NCLT dismissed the application filed by the IRP under Section 12A of the IBC praying therein to allow the operational creditor to withdraw the application admitted under Section 9 of the IBC along with the direction to the Corporate Debtor to pay the remaining expenses/remuneration of the IRP.
